La Perla Azzura makes fantastic vegetable tanned leathers of world renowned quality. I was able to visit LPA tannery in 2019 and experience all of their leathers first hand. I selected this particular tannage for my watch straps due to its texture, grain structure, temper and finish.

With a slightly textured surface, tight, quality grain, natural transparent colorings, and a medium temper, this strap will age and patina acquiring a greater depth of color and richness with use.

I highly suggest this leather as it is my current favorite!
